What Medal Print is

Medal Print is a label system rather than a ribbon: Medal Print labels in clear, metallised silver or gold and gloss colours, in a dozen shapes, printed on the same machine you print ribbon on. Templates for each label shape are built into the Ribbon Print software and curved rim text is a single setting, so a 50 mm medal disc or a 65 mm rosette centre is a few minutes work rather than a design job.

Choosing the width

Match the foil width to the label sheet you are running. 30 and 40 mm cover small medal discs and favour tags, 55 and 70 mm the larger medal and rosette centres, and 105 mm the widest plinth plates and multi-up sheets.

Which printers take these

1" core fits the Express, the Jet 300 and the Jet 600. For an older Plus printer, or an Express with the core adaptor, use the 1/2" core Medal Print range.
