Wash care foils print garment labels that survive the wash. 1" core, 200 m rolls, in 30, 55 and 105 mm – for the Express, the Jet 300 and the Jet 600. Printed onto satin or polyester ribbon they give you composition, size and care labels you make yourself, in the quantity you need, without a minimum order from a label supplier.

Why a separate foil

Standard transfer foil is made to look good, not to be boiled. Wash care foil is formulated to stay legible through repeated domestic washing, which is what a care label has to do to be worth printing. Use it for composition and care labels, size tabs, and any branded loop label sewn into a garment.

Choosing the width

30 mm suits the 15–25 mm ribbon most care labels are printed on, which is the bulk of this work. 55 and 105 mm are there for wider tags and for running several labels across the ribbon at once.

Which printers take these

The Express, Jet 300 and Jet 600 all take 1" core. For an older Plus printer, or an Express with the core adaptor, use the 1/2" core wash care range instead.

Not sure which core your printer takes? The foil core is the cardboard tube the foil is wound on, and it is printed on the end of every roll. Send us a photo and we will check it with you before you order.
